Bola Olabode, Founder and Director
Bola’s experience combines confidential administration, governance, people operations and brand delivery. Within an NHS Trust, she handled confidential information, meeting management, governance and escalation, progressing to Senior Administrator.
Earlier HR, people operations and administration work informs her approach to roles, communication and the practical details that keep an organisation moving. Several years of brand, marketing operations and creator experience with consumer brands bring a commercial perspective to planning and delivery.
She holds an MBA from De Montfort University and a BSc in Microbiology.
